This article was previously published on the AudioJungle blog, which has moved on to a new format in 2010. Here are 20 tutorials coming from Steinberg, Youtube and Audiotuts+. Last week's article covered Cubase's history and features. The program is available for Windows and Mac, and costs around USD$500. It has been around since the '80s as a MIDI sequencer, but now also has a powerful audio engine for recording and editing, a rack full of effects, and a bunch of useful virtual instruments. Cubase is Yamaha's digital audio workstation, which is produces through its subsiduary company Steinberg.
